Excellent service. Rented a bike for 7 days, after heavy use for 3 days, we asked if they could check the bikes. No stress, "we'll take care of it." Got back bikes that were fully serviced. One of the bikes even got new tires, no extra cost. Attention to detail, like returning my own pedals in a small ziplock bag to avoid mess in my luggage. Great atmosphere and excellent service.
Got two bikes from these guys- very last minute but it all worked out. We had two basic mtbs & they were absolutely epic. Loved the tubeless tires and the dropper seatpost!! Everyone there was really nice and helpful! Another great benefit is that the rental drop off is at 5pm which isn’t too common in Moab. Will definitely rent again:)
Awesome local bike shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great place to rent a bike and coordinate a shuttle with their sister company “the whole enchilada shuttle co.” The shop is stoked with awesome high end MTB gear and a fully staffed service department. They identified and fixed an issue with my drive train in mere minutes! They also have a host of “Moab” gear if you want to get your favorite MTBer a Christmas gift. Highly Recommended! The only small small negative is the lack of parking - you’ll likely have to use the gas station next door (not sure if that’s allowed or not).
We rent 4 bikes for a tour. The bikes were in a perfect state and fully prepared by the team. Moreover, we were perfectly advised regarding the skills needed and the difficulty of the different trails. Thanks to their knowledge and their kindness, we fully enjoyed the Raptor Route with our teenagers. Go there if you want a professional but still friendly location to start a moutainbike expérience in Moab.

I just want to leave a comment about the great service that Tim provided. I took my bike in (9/5) for a repair for my suspension/damper shock and Tim looked at it and was able to fit the repair in and finish on the same day!!!!! I was there for just one day on a work-related trip, but wanted to get a few rides in. Even though he was busy, he made it happen. A great bike shop. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and eager to provide great service! Thanks again TIM!!!
Great customer service from the check out folks. Shout out to the girl (girl from Ohio) helping me and my friend Brian on his bike rental and accessories.
However the tech department was a bit on the slow or maybe I don't care about you mood that day, but took a long time to try to see if the ebike my buddy rented was on the proper power setting.
Brian was pump up about the bike and was considering purchasing it.
The price was right I think.
We been coming to Poison Spider for a long time, I own a bike shop but I still enjoy coming to say hi to the fellows in there, been coming here for at least 15 years and I know Brian has been coming here since the mid 90s.
I hope customer service or the tech service guys put a bit more enthusiasm into the bike industry.
This shop was open in January for us to get rentals and provided great, knowledgeable service. They helped us find trails appropriate for our group and all the equipment we got from them was excellent.
Damien was amazing! He immediately saw to us and within seconds had us lined up with Jonathan the bike mechanic. Jonathan was so kind and helpful, sharing some useful tips on set up and bike maintenance . Definitely recommend not only those two but the entire crew.
